The PROMEDAccess project aims to increase the involvement of universities and institutions in Mediterranean Partners Countries (MPC) in actions open them under FP7 framework programme (7th FP) for research, technological development and demonstration activities such as Marie Curie actions (mobility programmes), FP instruments and higher education programmes.it pursues this overall objective by setting up guidance units within the institutions attempting to identify centres of excellence within MPC together with any objective obstacles to the MPC participation that are linked to the eligibility criteria.
